Character Description
John is a happy go lucky little fox kit who loves to make friends and learn new things. He is a bedwetter and never will grow out of it, so in almost every situation the kit needs protection at night to keep him out of the laundry room in the morning.
Personality
John is usually shy around new people but opens up very quickly. He is usually very happy and bouncy when comfortable but closes up and gets very blushy and poofy when shy or embarrassed.
He can spend all day on a computer looking up and obsessing over a single thing, or randomly bounce around from one topic to another till something keeps his attention.
John is, above all else, aspergers, and can show it in how he interacts with friends, babysitters, and even strangers, often times being awkward or strange when he doesn't intend to, this can be as simple as interrupting someone mid sentence to get a point across, or go as far as him being a complete mute for long periods of time for no apparent reason (even more so when he's younger), being young he hasn't had the experience to control these problems and often feels horrible when people take it the wrong way.
Likes/Dislikes
John likes: friends, family, being the center of atention, trying new things, reading, playing games of any kind, showing off, protection and safety at night, learning new things, computers, and science.
John Dislikes: Being touched without permission, being called a baby, being made to sleep away from home, naps, long car rides.
John HATES: Being told as a fact he did something he knows he didn't do. (one of the only things that can make the happy fox mad or upset)
Background/History
Normally, John is an only child, living with his single mom. Early in his life his mom's boyfriends would be abusive, some going as far as to hurt John physically. Eventually his mom stopped dating and started to focus more on her job and caring for her son.
John knows hardship, even if he is currently living comfortably he has had more then his fair share of problems in life and has learned many life lessons.
His mother works from home but is often forced to take long business trips leaving John with babysitters and friends of the family.
His father has passed on, a tragic accident where John was the only survivor, he doesn't remember it but he does know about it.

Relatives/Family
His mother Sera (she always in any incarnation of this character unless replaced in RP by another mother figure.)
Body
John has sand yellow-tan fur, Green eyes, his hair is mahogany brown same as his eartips, he has a black and grey "Paint dipped" tail, his chest and inner ear fur is a very light blue, lighter color muzzle fur and his "fox markings" are orangeish yellow and below his eyes near the back instead of on his muzzle.
John is short for his age and normal built if not a little frail, his tail is average length. He has very silky and smooth fur that poofs up easily and makes tight fitting clothing uncomfortable for him.
Clothing
John is almost always seen in just a red t-shirt one size too big and blue elastic shorts, he owns many pairs of these. He will sometimes wear jeans or a sweat shirt if it's too cold outside but this is rare as he enjoys the cold most of the time.
At night he wears just a night shirt and night time diapers to protect from his bedwetting, if he is being babysat by a new sitter or if a friend is staying the night John will instead wear Pj bottoms over his padding to hide it, even if it's slightly uncomfortable.
Overall john will never be seen in any kind of tight clothing, preferring loose comfy things.
Accessories
John can sometimes be seen with:
A green collar with a gold paw-print tag.
Diaper, pullups, or other kinds of protection, night and day depending.
A pacifier if he's under 6 years old.
Books of different kinds.
Electronics, usually for playing games.
