:3 o god this is to adorable for words
:P a little back story needed...
my fursona was born in a lab and was born as a raichu so he was never able to enjoy the life of a pikachu or a pichu so every once in a while he whould enjoy wareing a pichu costume or just the pichu ear headband.. but only in his privacy
