Artist's note: All Hail the Empress of Kitten-Kitana Sapphire. The mother of Kitty and Ki How Sapphire and the previous ruler of the Moondagger empire. I wanted to show a little bit of the Twin Sapphires' roots a little. A fearsome warrior as well as motherly who ended up repair the destruction of her predecessor Kitten-Kitana 1st. The first empress of the Moondagger kingdom and helped the clan expand in which in turn united clans. This made up the empire what it is today. I wanted to try a different pose. Something a little more aggressive, but it seems I have the same problem as before. Everything seems to turned out cute and not any other expression coming along with it. I mean don't get me wrong, drawing cute things is not a bad thing. However, I don't always want to be known as the cute anime artist. I want to be taken serious to do other things. So here is the attempted on it.
