I was genuinely impressed when I saw this. The colours and shading are fantastic (especially that bright light on the wood and on her hair), but it's the blurring effect you've put on the background and some parts of the body that really blew me away; it just feels perfectly done, and felt it really suited the pic and lighting (plus it's bloom-like and I happen to be a massive bloom fan XD).

Awww, how lovely! ^_^ Nice touch with the focal blurring, but what really got me here is the hand pose, of all things; looks like she's brushing a piece of hair aside. It's a very sincere detail, and makes it look all the more believable. That's what melted my heart here, and drove me to leave a comment. Nice work as always! =D

I would have taken care of her if she was in my family, like my first set of daughters. They weren't mine genetically, but since their moms abandoned them, I stepped in to be a parent for them before I was reaching 20! Lotsa hugs and loves and "You out grew out of your clothes again? OK, lets go to the store and get you a few new things..."
