Meet Melissa Mouse, the few friends and family she has calls her by her nickname Miley. Melissa is a blind 13 year old mouse, she's a normal kid in the wondrous world of Mobius. She is guided by her best friend, Jingle the Chao. Although Melissa can 'guess' what the world around her looks like (she can hear and smell surprisingly well), she still can use the help of Jingle and her tambourine.

Miley is a blind mouse, she has a pet chao named Jingle, Her chao has a tambourine, she uses it if Miley is about to run into things and such, she's her guidance-chao. Name: Melissa Mouse Nicknames: Miley (also Blindy and Blindissa, but they're used to hurt her) Age 13 Species: Mouse Handicap: She is blind Ability: she can hear and smell surprisingly well, she is able to "see" her surroundings because of those (she cannot actually see, nor imagine the area, but she has a guess of the shapes) Character & story: Miley is a sensetive and shy girl, she wanders off by herself all the time. Because she cannot see, her father told her to always take her chao, Jingle, with her. And now they're best friends. Miley is often picked on by the kids of the town where she lives (Emerald Town). No-one really likes her at all, so she's often by herself at the play grounds and the beach. Her chao protects her of the kids who make fun of her, she smacks them with her tambourine. Miley has also grown to understand the chao language, she can understand it, but she cannot speak it.
Name: Tamby Nicknames: Chime, Jingle, Tambourine Age: 3 Chao Years (reincarnated once) Species: Hero Normal Chao Ability: Tamby can fly and play the tambourine. Character & Story: Tamby was a homeless chao living near some hills around Emerald Town. She found Miley crying one day, because she had lost her way, She helped her get home again. Miley asked her parents if she could keep her as a pet. Her parents agreed, she helped their daughter get home safely, and she was homeless, giving her a home was the least thing they could do.
