I drew this because it has been wayyyy too long since I drew anything of two of my favorite characters, Florel and Dew. I wanted something to help represent the story even better than it had before, so now I have one very darn cute Mudkip and her best friend in the whole world, Florel, the bold yet considerate Treecko.

G'awww, I really love these two, plus this makes for a pretty sweet bit of tribute art. Not only that, but I'm very satisfied with how the drawing came out. It took a long, long time to do, but it was really worth it in the end. I wanted to challenge myself and work towards improving my art, so hopefully I helped accomplish that with this.

Anyway, drew this back on April 15th, 2010.
