I discovered Jim Hardiman's work around 1995. I have been a fan ever since and wished his illness would not have prevented him from doing so few works. I got many of his folios, always wanting more; that's how his talent made you feel.
Enthralled, titilated, but often amused caked with a wicked wit!
Being of the same age his passing made me all-too aware of my own mortality.
His work humble us all. After a self-exile from my hand, my pen came back to to something in his honor.
You will be dearly missed.
