Character Sheet for Xerian
Character Description
Xerian is a storm dragon who appears to be wingless but can use the clouds to create wings or simply sit on the clouds and float on them. His past is partly unknown along with how he lost his wings but, being so carefree he doesn't really mind it. Xerian comes from a future where the dragon nation floats high over the world. Most winged or quite larger species live here but others like Xerian who can't fly are issued Hover technology such as jetpacks, hoverboards or etc. to make up for lack of natural flight. Xerian himself is a Tech nerd taking his Jetpack and building a special hoverboard.

World/Setting
A city in the sky where Larger creatures or potentially larger creatures can't destory a smaller plain as earth. With the return of dinosaurs,Dragons and other creatures of legend the world wasn't prepared to adjust to such a change so quickly but, things to some of the smartest of both creatures of today and myth put their minds to create the City in the sky with the first person coming up with the idea being a dragon and willing to take a leadership role in the city, the city was known as "Dragon Nation" some still call it Skyward city.
