A couple of wolves snuggle up as the leaves begin to fall. Autumn is the coziest season.
I actually had this piece sketched, inked, and started about three years ago, then got caught up in other things and it was never finished. Unfortunately, for the past three years it had frisket drying on the wolf figures, so when I got inspired by the changing seasons and decided to finish it it was a real fight to work with the ruined paper! So the fur on the wolves is a little rougher than I usually like, but I'm really happy with how it turned out considering!
I just love the lighting of this season, the flavors and spices, and the fresh air makes me want to run through the woods. Happy upcoming autumn! <3
