Cartoon bears tend to be fairly friendly-Donald's bear encounter ends up with mamma Bear and cub licking him,Maggie Simpson gives her pacifier to one,and the Three Bears in Warner Bros. cartoon end up fleeing from the angry wolf(the little bear behind)
