Sonoran Vistas: Reading is Fundamental
A redraw of one of Marisa's earliest character sketches this time addressing her question to her gecko boyfriend.  Hopefully Tyler will remember to verbally answer Marisa's question with more tact than he's thinking now or he'll probably regret it for a while to come.

It dose make you wonder if they have a very intersting sex life

They could literally have each other climbing the walls and who knows what positions they might get into hanging from the ceiling.

Part of me wants to see that, the other part is not so sure

A fact that must be explored at some time. Especially if they happen to be a bit on the exhibitionist side, this would let them hang out on the ceiling of most crowded places should they be able to keep quiet.

I'm not sure if Marisa and Tyler have that sort of side to them.  I could be wrong though.  Characters have surprised me with things I thought they wouldn't do before.

AAAAAAAAAAAH <3 oh god you spoil me, I am so happy to see these two again?!  God she looks gorgeous and Tyler is so cute.  Marisa DEFINITELY looks a lot better than before with a much "hairier" look to her, I remember her sketchiness in older times and as cool as her body looked, it was a mite tricky sometimes to differentiate limbs.

But now this looks wonderful, and oh god she has glasses.

I never noticed she had glasses before that's adorable.

In truth I already had this one set up to upload and with the Erika and Rex image so I can't claim to be spoiling you.  Those earlier sketches were a lot looser while I was trying to work out the look and feel of the character.  That and I was just blitzing through sketches in those days.  I'm trying not to do that these days.  Also to be truthful, I can't do that now.  I simply haven't had that kind of drive.

Yes, she's had glasses.  Sorry the other sketches were so sloppy that you couldn't tell before.

Nawwwwwwww it's fine I mean my eyes WERE going towards that bodacious abdomen of hers a lot moreso in the past X3 it's fine if you don't have as much a drive as you used to, creative muses come and go, horribly fickle but when they hit...

Guy 1: "She asked me "Does this make my butt look big?" and I said "YYeeessss, I Liiike it!"

Guy 2: "So what did she say?"

Guy 1: "I dunno I never saw her again."

Ouch but that situation sounds entirely possible and true too.

Science Bonus Multiplier: Dat elaborate arachnid spectacle assembly. A tremendous (and necessary) contraption.

It would be if you happened to be a near or far sighted spider.  Thinking about it a bit more, the lenses for arthropods that have compound eyes would probably be a horrendously time-consuming effort to make

I based my previous post off the appearance of our model seeming to be based off a Theraphosidite, which are notorious for their bad eyesight.
Salticidites, on the other hand, most-certainly would not require corrective lenses. Unless they were nerds.

Marisa would be the first to admit that she's definitely a tremendous nerd.
