The Divine of Dreams, Ayumu. He who bears the the Prismatic Flame of Dreams, the source and incarnation of all dreams in the world. As it's master he feels it is his duty to walk the chaotic realm of dreams and observe what goes on within, but never actually interfere. At least, not until some malevolent being decides to make use of the realm and dreamers for their own wicked intentions. Then that arsenal he's carrying stops being decoration.
His weapons include a Thompson Sub-Machine Gun, a hybrid of a rifle and a revolver, a sawed off shotgun, a heavy revolver, and that dagger on his leg, his signature weapon.
