Here is the reference sheet for my favorite OC Cobalt.
He was born in Canterlot but recently moved to Ponyville where he found work at Ponyville General Hospital are a nurse. Growing up in Canterlot had lead the unicorn to be fairly prim and proper when dealing with new ponies. When he does open up to a pony though he acts very differently. He is shy and sweet and just wants everpony to be happy, no matter what the cost is.
