It'd be easier to write a pulp 30s radio ad spot if I'd actually heard a real one ever.
The idea for this came on a ride up to the family cottage, there's a business on the way named Moon Marine. My mom commented that it sounded like an anime, but it screamed pulp 30s radio drama to me, and I was looking for things to draw.
This is why it takes me ages to draw anything, because everything I draw is covered in pouches and armor plates and other such details that I'm too obsessive to ignore.
The background would be black, but even on mere 6x9" paper, that'd be a LOT of black to sketch in with a pencil. Doable, but I don't feel like it. Maybe I'll do it digitally at some point as an exercise in coloring.
