We Meet Again
Shadow's POV
"Shadow? Have you been gaining weight?" Rouge asked as she stepped out of the joint shower. After a mission or two, we often stopped by here for a nice and refreshing shower. This place wasn't often visited by any of our colleagues, so we were free to use without any watching eyes.
"What do you mean?" I asked as I looked down and suddenly noticed that my belly wasn't as flat as it used to be.
When we took a joint shower, it of course involved getting naked in front of your best friend. But unlike humans, it wasn't so embarrassing for us mobians as we had fur covering our whole body. Now that we were fully naked, Rouge noticed the change before I even did.
"That's weird. I thought I was incapable of gaining weight." I said as I laid a hand on the bump.
"My body is supposed to burn fat in order to stay at the ideal weight. The only exception is when I'm seriously malnourished or pregnant." I explained and faced Rouge, who smiled deviously as I said that last word.
"Pregnant, huh? My, Shadow, have you been naughty?" She teased.
"What?! You know I'm not that kind of person, Rouge! I'm still a virgin!" I stated, insulted that she would even tease me about something like that. Especially with something that I've always taken so seriously.
"Hey, no need to get so butt-hurt over a simple joke. But seriously, hun, lay off the sweets." Rouge said as she continued to dry her fur. I followed her example.
Once we had gotten our fur dried and our clothes on, we quickly made our way home. It was already dark outside, but we still took our time, casually talking along the way. My house was on Rouge's way home, so she walked along with me and told me her goodbyes when we were standing on my porch.
"You sure you don't want to come inside?" I asked as I took my key out of my pocket.
"Yeah, I'm a bit tired. But, hey, I'll see you tomorrow, okay hun? Good night. And no naughty things after midnight, you're neighbours might get angry." Rouge said, teasing me for the last time today. I shook my head with a sigh.
"Good night, Rouge." I said and turned around to unlock my front door and grand myself entrance. Or that was the plan until something caughty my eye.
My lock had been forced open. With brute force.
Cautiously I pushed the door open and peered inside. It was dark. But even through the darkness I could clearly see that the hallway was empty. Carefully I stepped into the hallway, not even bothering to close the front door as it could possibly alert any intruders that I had came home.
My ears were twitched in every direction, trying to pick up even the softest of sounds as I carefully treaded inside, using the darkness as a cover to conceal myself. Although, the cover I had often used to my advantage failed to help me this time.
"Sneaking around, dear brother?" I heard a voice say as I walked into the livingroom.
I instinctively began to growl, the fur on the back of my neck standing up as I know the intruder was standing behind me.
"Eclipse." I growled as I could recognise that voice from anywhere. I turned around to face the home invader to see that I was right. I don't know how, but the creation of Black Death was standing right in front of me. He seemed to be glad to see me, although, I had no idea why after all I had done to him.
"How dare you break into my house. Leave now before you regret surviving the Comet's destruction." I threatened him, but that just seemed to amuse him.
"Brother, your mouth might be telling me to leave, but the rest of your body is telling me differently." Eclipse said as he approached me.
He was right. The fur on the back of my neck had gone down and my legs were trembling. I knew my body wasn't acting like this out of fear, but it certainly wasn't out of anger either. And that feeling between my legs was concerning me aswell.
"What're you doing here?" I asked as my growling had died down. I tried to be angry at him, but I felt strangely relaxed instead. Why was my body acting this way?!
"I came to check on you. I haven't seen you in a couple of days, I was wondering how my little broodmother was doing." He said as his hand carressed my cheek. I felt like leaning into his touch and losing myself in the moment, but the name he called me snapped me right out of it.
"Broodmother?! How dare you call me that!" I yelled at him as I pulled away from his touch, shocked that he would dare to use that word to refer to me.
Eclipse seemed confused at my reaction at first, but quickly came to the conclusion of what made me react this way.
"Don't tell me, you don't know yet?" He said, making me narrow my eyes.
"What're you talking about." I said, a bad feeling settling inside of what he could possible mean.
"You mean you haven't noticed your body changing in any way?" He asked, trying to help me along.
I looked down and placed a hand on my belly before looking back up to him as I remembered the bump that Rouge had noticed on me during the shower. The alien before me made a smirk appear on his muzzle as he knew I had figured it out.
"You don't mean that... No I.... I can't be.. pregnant, can I?" I asked, shocked beyond believe that Rouge, while she had been joking, was right in the end. He nodded.
"B-But how?! I'm still a virgin!" I stated. Eclipse seemed to find this amusing.
"No, you were a virgin. But of course, you couldn't have known that." He said, a light smirk spreading on his lips.
"What... What did you do to me!" I yelled, getting angry about the fact that he might've somehow stolen my virginity without my knowledge. That small period of mind control upon that newly discovered Black Comet appeared into my mind.
As short as that little 'black out' was, it was more than enough time to steal my virginity and, judging by the bump on my belly, get me pregnant. And who knows what else they could've done to me.
"I got my revenge." He said, his smirk seemingly taking a more angry look. I didn't need to guess twice where that came from. As much as I hated the Black Arms, I could still understand that it must feel horrible to lose your home and everyone you knew. But for some reason, the anger in that smirk dissapeared.
"I have to be honest with you, Shadow. I have wronged you as I have taken you in your sleep a day or two earlier." He said so casually that it made me clench my fists trying not to punch him and call him a rapit.
"I would've prefered you awake, but considering the current state of what's left of the colony, I couldn't take any risks. The chances of the larvae surviving without the nutrients the Black Comet provided was slim enough as it is without me foolishly dying trying to find a way for the Black Arms to live." Eclipse said, excusing the way of how he had sex with me and stole my virginity in my sleep. Not to mention got me pregnant to top it all off.
It wasn't hard figuring out what he was trying to tell me. Black Arms hiveminds like Black Doom and Black Death needed the ship in order to spawn larvae for their army. Now that the Black Comet was gone, Eclipse needed a new way to spawn them. And what better way than using a Black Arms hybrid with a vagina?
"So you're saying that raping and impregnating me was your way of finding a replacement breeding machine?" I asked, trying my best to stay calm. Which I found nearly impossible.
"Yes. And today, my dear brother.... Or should I say, my dear broodmother? I have come to take you away from this dreadful house and bring you to your rightful place with the larvae." Eclipse stated as he approached me, placing his hand on my cheek again.
I wanted to yell at him. I wanted punch him right across the face. And maybe kick him in the balls to try and avenge my stolen virginity.
But I didn't.
As he laid his hand on my cheek, I felt my anger melt away. Instead I began to feel calm. It wasn't like that the last time. Was his presence affecting me?
"What're you doing?" I said, my voice now nothing but a whisper as I felt myself becoming drowsy.
"I'm not mind controlling you if that's what you're wondering. You're angry, tense and tired. That can't possibly be good for you or the larvae growing inside you." He said with a smile as he placed his other hand on the bump of my belly. I reacted by placing mine onto his.
"Shadow, just close your eyes and let your mind and body rest. I will take care of you now." He said as my eyes were tempted to fall close.
I don't know what exactly he was doing to me, but it was working and it was working fast. As my exhaustion from the day and this evening caught up to me, I couldn't help but give in. As I closed my eyes and my knees gave in beneath me, the last thing I felt was someone preventing me from falling before I lost consciousness completely.
