Truth be told, I think I'd stick with notes, a calculator, and a mechanical pencil if I were going to college. Of course, I'm also a fan of dial-up modem noise and MS-DOS, so what do I know? :B

calculator is pretty accurate. most likely smartphones and stuff would either be confiscated beforehand, or asked to be kept away during the test. if they catch you with one, they will most likely ask you to put it away, if not make you leave and give you a flat out zero.

The fact that smart phones can access the internet disqualifies them from being used on most tests, as it would be far to easy to Google the answers!
I do know some professors who allow certain apps to be accessed, but that's usually only in small classrooms where they can easily keep an eye on the students.

After a rough couple of days of my dad having to be rushed to the hospital on Sunday, seeing a new page of Chucky is like a breath of fresh air for me, so thanks for that ^ ^;;

Chucky seems pretty smart. He knows his stuff. I expect he'll pass. I am reminded of a physics course where the average mark on the midterm was something like 33%. I went on to ace the final and pulled off an A in the course. So, surprises happen!
And then there was that thermodynamics final, where I studied outside in the sun that afternoon, and had a painful sunburn over much of my body for the exam that evening. I ended up repeating that course.
