Loupy wasn't the best cub scout. He didn't liked the girl uniform, the efforts to make and lots of others things. So Tony decided to take him on a private retreat and train him to be a good scout girl like he will do to many bad cubs on the troops. What else will happen during this week-end, before Loupy can go home and leave his place to another cub ?
