A newwww character i made based off the Klonoa series~ and unlike most of my other characters i actually gave this one a more detailed and very interesting background~!

Ecstatic and unhinged, but organized and methodical.

[Accessories]:
He carries a hand-crafted pistol and iron dagger made from his finest blacksmith.

[Exinfo]:
Ruler of the Overskii Kingdom, Vyach is in charge of the small, self-sustained monarchy inside his castle walls.
Everything he says goes.
Stepping out of line gets you thrown in prison.
But the citizens love their ruler. Despite his rash, crazy nature, he gets things done, and protects the kingdom first hand. He also takes a lot of authority over issues and sorts things out for the better.

However, his military personelle might have different feelings about him...
Vyach has a secret power. His testis produce a sweet, succulent serum that boost his worker’s strength, agility and overall energy. Over time, consuming this special jizz causes the troops to become severely, chemically addicted, and they'll do anything for their share of their ruler’s juice.
On the other hand, a smaller portion of the troops are trying to phase out their consumption of his jizz. Fighting off the addictive side effects.
This angers Vyach as he’s trying to provide top-of-the-line defense for his keep. This means having all his troops in high moral and body fit.
Many times, he needs to drag some of his minions into his chambers to force them into submission.
