Character Sheet for Frederick
Personality
Freddy is a prankster, and not a funny one either. Oh HE thinks he's hilarious, but most others find him to be more of a nuisance than anything. He often employs ancient gag items that no one finds funny or rarely fall for.. unless they're just that stupid. He also wears a gag squirt flower on his collar which he actually managed to trick some pups with .. all two of them. Afterward, no one falls for it again, but he continues to laugh about it and find it funny. He mostly spends time with Little Dipper, since he finds Freddy funny and is kind of on the slow side. Marie tries to keep him in line but there really isn't much she can do about his particular brand of humor.. it isn't malicious, so he's rarely in trouble. He's just annoying. He often carries around a rubber chicken with him. No one knows (or cares really) where he got it, but he seems particularly fond of it and is often found chewing on or shaking or stretching it.

Body
Looks like puppy Dipstick with liver spots instead of black. His spots resemble gag items like a rubber chicken, whoopie cushion and gag vomit. He has blue eyes and a big brown nose. Also sports a brown tip on his tail, like Dipstick.
Accessories
Wears a multicolored collar with a squirting flower attached like a tag.
