If you look at real life seahorses their little fins really flap like there's no tomorrow. I think the camera angle here makes her look massive but she's pretty small.

the only negative thing i can say is that the bubbles don't move with with fins, when they flap then create tiny ripples much like waving your hand underwater but the bubbles stay in one direction when they would be pushed around by the waves/ripples caused by the fins.
still that's only noticeable if you look closely, everything else is pretty cool!

Yeah I tried to lock some particle systems onto her fins to create a pushing effect or at least a subtle 'wave' effect in the water but I couldn't manage it.

ah fair enough! well once you do figure it out then your underwater animations will look a lot better, but for now as long as you don't have any faced paced races underwater then you should be fine, not many people will notice.

The water environment looks amazing, though I will say I think she should be fluttering her fins a bit slower. If you watch most aquatic life under the water the motions are a lot slower and smoother and less frantic. She looks a bit like a fluttering hummingbird.
