The first kind of 'expensive' commission for SeaMonterChris at DeviantART for Nagisa Momoe in my unexpected, acid tripping, and psychedelic type of style. Instead of demolishing the character's colors (though I added a bit of twinkle), the took a good focus on the surrounding "Charlotte" ka-bob gloop with the use of my own "textures" from the textiles of hand-sewn short pants.
The overall design is supposed to be like something for a graphic tee, and hopefully one of these days I will make it happen!
I did not set up a meaningful purpose on this piece, mostly because it is "paid" to make me do this, but I think the eyes is what make a anime character so attractive.
