So here's a fun creature in my world, the Triaban Striker, one of three primary variants.
The Gunsteel Strikers are the fastest, largest and the most aggressive, often used as heavy warmounts, trained from young ages to bear a rider and armor.
The other two variants are Brown and Black. The Brown strikers are the shortest and most stocky, but they also live the longest and tend to be as strong as or even stronger than the Gunsteel Strikers. They have amazing endurance and can cover 50 miles in a single day without fear of fatigue making them excellent messenger creatures despite their relatively slow speed.
The Black Triaban Strikers are the most intelligent and have an innate sense or instinct of loyalty. They are the most frail of the three strikers and rely more on stealth and ambush than brute force or hardiness. Black Strikers, despite their frailty, are almost instinctively the first to battle when their flock or home comes under attack, jumping out of the shadows.
So here is a warrior atop his or her Gunsteel Triaban Striker. Fun little pencil Sketch.
