Convinced that he's destined for fame and fortune as the next big thing in music, Clamor the chao perpetually fills the garden of the Home for Troubled Chao with his singing. The screeching, off-key noise tends to send the other chao into tears. As a consequence, more than once Clamor has found himself muzzled to spare others the pain of his 'talent'. This leads him to utter outrage, for as far as he's concerned, his music is a gift to the world. He's completely clueless as to the pain he's causing everyone around him.
