A new O.C., Sigmund Kanig is a high school principal with a few dark secrets. One is the fact he enjoys secretly taping students in the boys' locker rooms. It's this which gets him into trouble and enables his boss, Superintendent Wachs, to force him to go along with the school's controversial new policy of having disciplinarian Luke (a Lucario taur) eat problem students. Sigmund is a little uneasy about the idea, but perhaps he could get to enjoy watching that as much as he enjoys watching those jocks shower...

Note: He's tentatively a Koalak, a species from the show Dofus. If that doesn't end up going over well, he can always just be a regular ol' koala.

I assume they'll sue. That, or they knew when they sent their kids there that the school's discipline policy involved devouring the students. I dunno.
