Charlie is Vodka and Devon's daughter, who I rarely draw.

She's part pokemon too and loves touching herself in the tall grass. But, all of a sudden a battle with another pokemon started. Now she's pissed off.

I drew the sketch to this a long time ago and lost the original file. Luckily I uploaded the sketch to my twitter and finished the picture.
