Saber Sr is punishing his son and his friend's son whom he is babysitting (seen here) Caiden. the reason for it should be clear from the paint and art crud on his face but long story short he had set up the kitchen table for the two cubs to have some arts and crafts time. He had to leave to change his own padding and comes back to get hit in the face with a gob of the stuff. the speech bubbles are of Kylea (sabers wife) and their son as she is trying to wash him up in the tub as he was the first to get spanked.
