So, Ceylon was an adoptable character I got off him a few weeks ago after having wanted to get a loli for a while now but never really knowing what I wanted. I finally settled on an Otter, because they're pretty awesome :D
She is my panzer loli as I'm mixing her into the world of the anime Girls und Panzer (an anime I love <3) as well as World of Tanks (wish is pretty awesome as well), if you can tell by the uniform she is British so she is part of St.Gloriana's Girls High School. I think she looks very cute in the battle uniform :3
