I do the basic stuff (pose, anathomy and overall geometry) in pencil while during inking I add details directly with pen (foliage, Genos spots, fabric wrinkles and similar small stuff that would be hard to draw and most likely get smudged in pencil)~

Yeah, I know that feeling, Ctrl+Z makes correcting mistakes in digital works so much easier beyond the sketch phase. If during inking in the traditional way your hand slips, thats it, you are fucked, you might edit it out with white correction liquid and then clean the image up after scanning, but the mistake on paper will be always visible~
