Shauna's older sister, Harmony, is the receptionist at Knothole's clinic. While reasonably smart on her own, she has been known to lend a hand to doctors (in a sense, like a nurse) because of her fairly decent medical knowledge. She, believe it or not, is friends with Rachel Gates, though her computer knowledge unlike her friend is a little lacking.
