Back is gona be a killer for the whole of the next day primarly in the lubar region and he's gona walk funny for half the next day as he's hyper extending some ligiments in his feet relating to his tows and his akilese tenden the balls of his feet arent going to feel nice eather :)

I agree with mostt of your diagnosis, but must disagree with the "... he's gona walk funny for half the next day as he's hyper extending some ligiments in his feet relating to his tows and his akilese tenden the balls of his feet arent going to feel nice eather" portion. Pretty sure they are supposed to be semi-digitigrade, and thus the foot position is more normal.
