Ruvuea is rather flamboyant and fun, he used to be a stuffy, pouty child especially with people bullying him over his appearance. So he thought stuff it and went active and fun and he's never looked back.

Dislikes his job as a secretary for somewhat obvious reasons.
Background/History
Used to be bullied in school for being a 'fancy bird' until he eventually learned to adapt from it and get over it.
Passed all his school work with average grades, eventually became a Secretary which he secretly hates.
