In the furry Fallout Post-Apocalyptic world, Sparky, a tribal raccoon orphan, meets up with and befriends Zane, a streetwise urban waif after escaping slavers.
Sparky is not much for words, but to express his gratitude and friendship one evening, he wordlessly pulls the mouse's shirt off (much to Zane's surprise) and proceeds to paint him with the markings of his tribe. Zane seems pretty hesitant over this turn of events.
