This design is of his alternate black mage attire, exclusive outfit available on the PC version of the game.
Noel’s mane & tail: re-rooted in dollyhair’s nylon mlp hair in the colors hematite, chocolate pudding and amaretto.
Pony base is an engineered pose from two different generation 1 ponies.
Full body repaint in flesh tone acrylics, eyes lovingly hand-painted in my realism/anime-fusion style. All paint always sealed in artists varnish.
Outfit: started off with the bottom-most layer of the pants. Used a nice soft and stretchy pale blue nylon material.
Next, stitched the black boots from a thin faux black leather material, stitched a line of white faux fur along the inner top flaps.
A thick authentic black leather nailed into the bottoms of the hooves, lined with black maxi piping.
Next up, did the second layer of the pants, on the left hind leg only. Took the main outfit color (medium neutral blue cotton material) and stitched pale sea green bias tape over it for the stripes. Lined it with thin gold bias tape along the bottom hem.
Then the other leg is a long full pant leg of the medium neutral blue cotton material, lined with a hem of wide embroidered gold bias tape.
Stitched the mid-section next for the back and belly. Custom-cut some thin gold ribbon for the detail stitched on.
Painted the front legs black, then stitched the sleeves from triangular pieces of the neutral blue cotton material. Made the gold stitch detail, then stitched the black cross-stitches in the middle. Then stitched the flat black bias tape stripes on each side of the stitching detail, then lined the bottom hem of the sleeves with told ribbon, accented with clear black rhinestones.
Collar: lined the edges with silver stitching detail, stitched some gold trim. Painted a partial diamon zig-zag pattern on some wide gray ribbon with gold paint, cut around it, then stitched some silver clasps then laced pale blue ribbon and stitched it all to the front of the chest of the torso piece.
Took the pale green bias tape and threaded a large black bead on it for the tassel accessory on the front, then lined the neck with white faux fur stitched together.
Tied a matching beige rope ribbon on his tail to finish, and to match white mage Serah~
