Hehe, teeeeeeeeth. More class sketches/notes and stuff!
Fun fact, I pretty much hate the hero's journey. It's okay occasionally, and Star Wars made decent use of it--some days I think Lucas made the original three movies so he'd always appear in English classes as the example of it! But the idea that EVERY hero ALL THE TIME follows it, it's bollocks. Still, the idea that this guy pitched (in a video my teacher showed us in class) was of everyday life as a series of heroes' journeys, and that idea's HILARIOUS to me! THE HERO'S STRUGGLE TO GET OUT OF BED. THE HERO'S STRUGGLE TO BRUSH THEIR TEETH. THE HERO'S STRUGGLE WITH BREAKFAST!
...actually, breakfast IS a heroic struggle for me.
ANYWAY! The hero's journey can be decent, but shouldn't be married to. Let your characters make their own path. It'll give you a more dynamic story.
'Course, on a totally different tack, have my alicorn form with hedgehog features! Heh! Lookit those doofey teeth! Teeeeeeeeeffffs!
