To be honest I don't really know, I never used one of these (for obvious reasons, lack of a vag hole ^^;) but watching a couple of videos I noticed it's like half red so I went with it!

Oh you're a girl, but you got me confused there when you said "lack of a vag hole" girls have a vag hole ^^; anyway I agree about tampons being painful and unhealthy, I recommend pads and I'd prefer them myself had I been a girl XD
