Personality
Kind, a little screwbally, absent minded, friendly, goofy, loyal to the point of stupidity to a man he refers to as 'The Doctor'. He seems a bit out of touch with reality, he seems to be very positive despite his hard life. He could sometimes be considered child like. He would do literally anything for the doctor
Likes/Dislikes
Likes:working with tools, the doctor, collecting shiny objects, flying, things that make pretty sound, stuffed animals, clockwork creatures
Dislikes:sitting still, using silverware, fire, super loud or highpitched noises, rusting, not understanding something and knowing it, getting in trouble, getting yelled at, cold weather
Background/History
Okto was born on a island in the South Pacific. From a early age he followed a man he called 'The Doctor' and resulted in becoming the Doctor Moreau type doctor's first success in genetic experimentation becoming a Hyena, Bat, Binturong hyrbid. He remained loyal to him.
Some years later the doctor was working on a experiment that broke free of the table and ran amuck and attacked the doctor, Okto fought it off but, was critically injured in a explosion. Half of his body being crushed. In a effort to save Okto's life the doctor performed surgery replacing what couldn't be fixed with robotics. These days Okto remains loyal to the doctor doing whatever he asks.

victorian/colonial era. A variety of places though primarily on a island south of the pacific.
Body
He's anthromophic. He's a bit below what's considered average height.He has the face of a hyena charcoal grey muzzle, black nose, slightly darker charcoal grey ears that are very bat like the tips being flopped downward, a notch is cut out of his left ear from the accident. His emerald green eye have charcoal grey lining it. Along with a black spot at the end of his mouth. His main fur color is a brown reddish color I'd say it was henna but, I think mahogany would be more accurate. His neck,chest, underarm, and inner thigh fur is a light tan/beige type color with a fluff on his chest. Dark spots of varying sizes cover his back and limbs. His left hand is primarily charcoal grey. He has a long binturong prehensile tail that's black. His hair is for the most part a long black mohawk that goes from the front to the back of his head with a padawan style brade that hangs from his left ear. Now that's the organic side. On the right side of his face part of his muzzle and head on that side bronze, brass, and copper mechanical look with a classic red eye. It looks like it's been grafted rather roughly to the parts of his face where the flesh and the mechanics meet. part of his right ear is also mechanical though that's very minimal. On his left shoulder replacing his rotator cufflink is a metal device that he has to wind up every so often to be able to use his shoulder correctly. It as well is grafted to his flesh. Majority of his right leg was replace with animatronics his knee having another wind up system in it so he can use it correctly. The gears have a glass dome allowing you to see what's going on. On his right hand it is also majority replace with pins running through whatever is still organic. On his back a set of metal and red canvas type material bat wings are strapped with a few pins going into his spinal chord allowing him organic use of them. His legs are digigrade though its very slim, he has four toes and five fingers. His pawpads are a dark color
Clothing
He tends to just wear a set of brown slacks and suspenders along with a leather belt, though he occasionally will wear a light colored button down with victorian trenchcoat or frock and on the rare occasion knickers. Always wears his wing harness. On his feet he wears a sort of leather digigrade shoe/ leather shin guards
Accessories
A set of welding goggles. A emerald stretch lobe plug jewelry is in his left ear. A tiny wrench that he uses to hold his braid. Occasionally a top hat or durby. Wears a leather tool belt.
