Elev; if you remember the littler feral Serval, is a Priestess, a seer, who annually invites the public into her Halls, and gazes into their souls for to deliver Powerful Future sights. Basically, she plays a Fortune Teller. But, not as a Gimmick. She offers Guidance to keep the world at peace. Yet balanced. She will refuse outsiders requests such as; Who will win the Superbowl next month, or what is the winning lottery number. Such trivial and selfish wishes misuse her gift.
Her King, Queen, and Amy looks to her for Guidance in politics and war. She may even join the battlefield as the strategist.
She also manages the Shines and Temples around the city. Performing rituals to keep the bodies preserved, and the let their souls peacefully pass on to the afterlife.
