yes i am aware his hands are small, but i'm planning on walking around in the suit a lot, so i want to be able to use my hands 8|

well first you start out with shitloads of foam or a block like i did xD for the head and you carve it kinda like clay.
i use a jumpsuit for the body xD and just sew material onto it, the hard part is the eyes and the spikes as getting them simetrical is a pain in the ass

XD omg if only, i would love to do custom fursuits but a sonic one would cost a lot as a lot of work and mateiral goes into them, and i would have no idea how to get it to people <_> my sonic ones are huge.

well I suppose you would ship it like when you put something on ebay. People would just have to give you their mailing address so you could ship the product to them.
