Ninfia, (or Sylveon) the newly introduced Eeveelution! Since everyone else has been and will be drawing fan art, I wanted to do one since I saw her as well! :D

And now, for type estimate: (Since it hasn't been revealed yet.) Either a new type (Doubtful) or flying. She seems reminiscent of a kite imo. I COULD be wrong, but hey, that's what it looks like to me, and that's what i'm sticking with until proven otherwise. (I will probably be wrong.)
