This is a gift for the wonderful and talented themadcatter (I chose a character that I've never seen fanart of, cuz well... everyone does Swaine and Mary Ann, including me, beautiful though they are.)
Since I first saw his 'Rockman Neo' animation on Newgrounds all those years ago, I have been in constant admiration and awe at Andy's unique art that, in my opinion, closes the gap between western cartoons and anime. His style is a great inspiration to me, and I will continue to admire his art. He's a great person too! He takes the time to respond to his fans; which I deem a GREAT quality in a 'famous' (i think so anyways) artist.
Thanks so much for all of these years of inspiration Andy! (I hope this makes up for missing your b-day!)
