This was originally going to be a series of posters depicting Sonic's evolution from 1991 to the present day, each poster split into 3 time eras and representing one game of each era.
Sonic 1 for 1991, Sonic 2 for 1992 and Sonic CD for 1993.
I never got around to finishing this but I'm interested in coming back and doing more in the future.
I'll probably stop at Sonic Generations to make it an even 20 years if I do, but if there's any room, I'll throw in Sonic Lost worlds and Sonic Boom as well.

Yea, keep going, keep going !
I quit Sonic, so I'd love to see how it made a big fool and mess of itself finally...

Well I wouldn't make the pictures goofy or anything, it's just going to be sonic running forward with a different background and look to represent each game

I do have a series of pics showing the increasingly crowded cast bothering Sonic. The comics, which I dropped at or about #135, had crowd scenes in every page, and I was turned off by the direction. The Wiki has not updated the article on the comic and the last I heard was that Sally was destroyed and Sonic was working with MegaMan to fight Robotnik II & a crossover villain.

lol I think they sometimes parody that in the comics
I don't personally follow archie but I remember the comic cover art you get to see in Sonic Mega Collection+

One fan-fic has Sonic quitting his original job with Nintendo and signing up with Sega . The reason: a murder attempt on Amy Rose by foes who resented the way she was portrayed in Nintendo's games.
