For those who don't know, this is Hard Drive. A villain from SWAT Kats, and the reason why I made the puns above. For some reason I have yet to see any art of him, porn or otherwise (save for one fan drawing)

So, I decided to change that. He's my favorite villain in the show (which is odd, since he only appears thrice), and I demand more art of him! I tinkered with his design a bit, and this is really just me getting used to drawing him. I hope to draw him more, so this is really sort of a rough draft of things to come
