This is Gorgon, she is a fakemon I had created for my second fakemon list back in about 2011-12 and ultimately she is what became Tina for the comic Maid Warriors. in some of the designs for Tina she was in fact suppose to have the snake at the end of her tail in the comic, but since the characters where sailor moon/power rangers like uniforms, it doesn't matter. anyway enjoy this old digital drawing ^w^
