Fiona Fathington was always a very smart girl. She stuck hard to her books in school, and managed to graduate with a Master's in Electrical Engineering. Always with a smile on her face and a bounce in her step, she was more than willing to face any challenges that stood in her way!
That is, to say, until one day, when working on a prototype for a possible new electrical energy source for her town of Overbrook City, she was caught when it went into got stuck over-charging, building up enough static electricity in the air to suck her into the machine. Despite that, she somehow managed to survive the freak accident, but was greatly changed forever. The thousands of volts of electricity that coursed through her altered her DNA, allowing her to move at super-human speeds and even change herself into pure electricity, but it also fried her mind, greatly damaging the once brilliant engineer.
Taking on the identity of the 'Ecstatic Husky', she lacks all ability in telling right from wrong, always just seeking out the next interesting or fun thing to do. What, playing with the city's electrical currents is causing rolling blackouts? But how ELSE is she supposed to play tag, ping-ponging along the wires?!
oh, and never mind the few times she decided she really, really wanted some bacon...so much so, that finding someone in a puddle of water caused her to electrify them to the point of getting that deep, smoky burnt bacon smell!
Yes, having the energy and excitement of a husky combined with the power of electricity has made the Ecstatic Husky one of Overbrook City's more cute and dangerous threats!
