Oh Rio, Rio hear them shout across the land
From mountains in the north down to the Rio Grande

Ricky Hamilton in a Rio 2-inspired get-up, with royal blue trousers, dark blue foot wraps and peacock feathers behind him on a belt.

EDIT: I added in a feather shoulder-piece because I felt it a little bland without something on his torso.

Would just like to add as a disclaimer for any bird fans: the feathers used here are not real.
