Thatcher, a friend of Ash Ketchum (or Satoshi) from Poke'mon has been tied up nice and tighty with rope wrapped around him. It's going to be a long wait before whatever mess this is gets cleared up so in the mean time he's staying secure in a diaper and pretty much gagged with a matching pacifier.
