Well, the dialogue is still fine. But Steven Moffat's writing, combined with the fact that Matt Smith can't speak in almost any other tone than as if he's in a library, contrasted with the pure hyperactivity and sex appeal of Davit Tennant...well, speaks for itself.

the 10th was awesome, but it is good they killed him off when they did, he was on a slippery slope to being emo. not to mention his habit of only tring to save the people he liked was getting annoying when he makes speeches about how he hates people being killed. Bannakaffalatta got robbed and the 10th just sat there, but the one he liked to be a companion, he tried extra hard to help. same heroic death, different effort put in. (and now that you have seen it you cant unsee it).
