In an effort to keep myself sane I decided to watch some LPS, believing it would place the stress of reality aside for just a moment. It’s… surprisingly not that bad, not that I was expecting it to be but I didn’t have high hopes either. The strongest element of the show is definitely the interaction between the pets, and the humorous antics they get up to. Some of the songs are really good too, and the rest are okay. The humans are human-y, nothing really to write home about. The focus on fashion is definitely more strong handed here, but it’s done to a reasonable degree.
I finished season 1 and it pretty much goes like this: Starts out very strong, some of the best episodes being the first couple. Then it hits a low in the middle with the “baking” centric episodes. Then it slowly builds back up and ends on a high note.
Would I recommend it, sure, I’d say check it out if you have the time.
Also I like these two characters :3
