Yeah, she's in her underwear. I found out that the Classic Amy plush from GE Animation has a white body under that dress, so I drew this based on it. Seems right for a girl her age.
Only thing I could do is push her dress down, but the obstacle is her big hands. I didn't want to risk destroying it, so I left the dress alone, and the Amy plush is still clad in the dress.
