This is the Maharaja of Bundelkhand of India. He appears in Sonic's Around the World in 80 Days. He's about 50 or 60 years old and Amy Rose was about to marry him against her will until Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends saved Amy. It was hard to colour his outift. His tusks were kinda broken.
